Chris Chadwick accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of ten. Eight years later, while attending Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College, he committed his life to serving God as a full-time vocation. While in college he met and married his wife, Debbie. Since then, God has blessed their home with two wonderful daughters.
Pastor Chadwick became Youth Director at Calvary Baptist Church in San Dimas, California, and served there until he graduated from college with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. After that, God moved the Chadwick family to Amarillo, Texas, where Pastor Chadwick served as Assistant Pastor of Central Baptist Church. God used this time to prepare the Chadwick family to move to San Diego. In 2002, they packed up their Ford Escort and headed west to start Canyon Ridge Baptist Church.
Over the next two decades, Canyon Ridge grew into a thriving, Christ-centered local church. God has continually increased Pastor Chadwick’s love and vision for CRBC, and he is excited to see what God will continue to do in the future.
Burnie Lund was saved at an early age and raised in a Christian home. As a member of a military family, he lived in Southern California, the panhandle of Texas, Virginia and Wyoming.
Burnie attended college at the U.S. Naval Academy where he received his degree in Chemistry in 2003, after which he moved to San Diego to report for sea duty in the U.S. Navy. While looking for a church, God led him to Canyon Ridge Baptist, where he became Music Director in November 2004, and then Assistant Pastor in 2008. He married his wife, Leslie, in 2010 and they have been blessed with four children. Burnie and Leslie are true San Diegans at heart and look forward to many years of faithful ministry at CRBC.
Zane and Kali have served as volunteers at Canyon Ridge since 2015. They recently came on staff as the Youth Leaders. They love coming up with crazy youth games, but when its time to relax you can catch them taking their two sons, Jace and Rhet, to the Zoo or the beach.

Charlie serves as an Assistant Pastor and Maintenance Director, while his wife Gloria is the director of Ridge City Preschool and Daycare. They love to serve others, and they especially love the Pacific Ocean!
